Why Do You Have to Use the Vibrator in the Clone-A-Willy Silicone Kit?
Obviously the main purpose of the vibrator is to make your finished dildo vibrate, but the other, less obvious reason is to displace some of the area in your mold so that it will fill completely. Depending on your size, without inserting the vibrator you may not be able to fill your mold to the top (see image). According to recent studies the average erect penis is around 12 to 16 centimeters (4.7 to 6.3 inches) in length, and around 12 centimeters (4.7 inches) in circumference*. If you’re within this ‘average’, you might get away without adding the vibrator, but we’ve found that often the penises people want to copy and show off are on the larger side, making the vibrator necessary. In rare cases the included vibrator isn’t enough, and an even larger vibrator is needed to fill the area.
So the take-away is that if you want a vibrator-free copy of your favorite willy, and that willy is on the larger side, buy an extra set of silicone. Mix both sets of silicone together and pour it into your mold all at once, filling it completely without the vibrator. The silicone will not properly bond if not poured all at once, so this is the only way to do it.
