We accept returns on any unopened/unused items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of the purchase date. Your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept returns of items purchased through other vendors, including Third Party Market places like Amazon, Ebay, Jet, etc. Refunds will be processed upon package arrival on the original payment method used; you will receive an email confirmation with any details about your request. Funds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect on the corresponding account. Unfortunately, all shipping charges are nonrefundable and return shipping fees are not covered. Make sure to notify our staff of an intended return first by emailing questions@empirelabs.com.

What materials are used in the process - are they all completely safe?

Absolutely. The only material that comes in contact with your skin during the molding process is a molding powder derived from seaweed. Your finished dildo is then created from a body safe, platinum cure silicone - the gold standard of sex toys. The exact same material is currently being used on your favorite movie stars in Hollywood to create incredibly lifelike masks & special effects. Your finished replica will be non-porous, completely washable, and it's low viscosity allows for incredible detail. Perhaps even more importantly, it WILL NOT SHRINK at all over time! How does the kit work?

The first step is to create a "negative" mold of your penis. Each kit comes with an algae based molding gel and specially designed molding container that makes the process especially easy. The material is the same stuff you see at the dentists office for creating precise impressions of teeth. You then fill your mold with a state-of-the art platinum-cure silicone; a medically tested, body-safe material that's designed to look just like real skin! How big of a penis can be made with the kit?

If your penis is over 9” long or girthier than average, you will need to use an XL vibrator and may need extra silicone. If you want to make a non-vibrating dildo, you'll definitely need extra silicone.

What if my penis is crooked?

No problem. A simple additional step before molding will accommodate any 'curve'. Click HERE for more info.

What if my penis is pierced?

Again, no problem. We do recommend removing your piercing before making the mold.

What if my penis is not circumcised?

No problem. You'll still get a perfect copy of yourself. Whatever you put into the molding gel is exactly what you'll get out!

How much detail can I expect from my replica?

Your replica will be INCREDIBLY DETAILED! All tiny lines and bumps will reproduce perfectly.

In the Seth Rogan film Neighbors, Jerrod Carmical's character gets his pubic hair stuck in the mold. Will I have to shave first?

No. Typically hair is not a problem. If your pubic hair is excessively long, you may want to rub in a dab of petroleum jelly or other lubricant before molding (or just trim it short).

Do I have to insert the vibrator that comes with the Silicone Clone A Willy Kit?

Is the molding process messy?

It can be. For easy clean up, create your mold over a non-carpeted floor or lay down some newspaper first. If any molding gel is spilled on a hard surface it will easily clean up with water. A spill on carpet is equally easy to clean when wet, but once dry it will require re-saturating the area with water and picking out the gel by hand.

Will my finished replica be hard or soft?

The silicone used in a Clone-A-Willy kit has a Shore A hardness of 20A. The Shore A scale measures the firmness of flexible materials, ranging from 0 (very soft) to 100 (very firm). Through years of testing, we’ve found this to be the ideal balance of durability and detail. Our goal is to provide a molding kit that allows customers to create a great replica that lasts a long time, with Shore 20A offering the perfect balance to make that possible!

Note: For most people, molding a penis or vulva is a completely new experience. The good news is that making a Clone-A-Willy is generally quick and easy, though for some, it may take a couple of tries to get the perfect result. The most important thing is to follow the directions carefully. If you do, you should end up with a great replica. If something doesn’t turn out quite right, don’t worry—reach out to us. How long will my finished dildo last?

When do your molding kits expire and is there an expiration date marked on the packaging?

The expiration of all of our DIY Molding Kits depends on many variables including how they are stored, heat, humidity, etc. Because of this we do not mark an expiration date on our packaging. If the kit is stored properly indoors with normal temperatures (65-75 degrees F) they will last for about three years after the purchase date. If you are ever concerned you have received an expired kit, please contact us directly at questions@empirelabs.com!

Will I be placed on a mailing list?

NO! Your name and address will remain strictly confidential.

Can I mold my penis fully erect?

Yes. Just insert your erect penis into the molding container and HOLD for approx. 60-90 seconds.

While making the mold, will I have to wait until my penis gets soft again before I can remove it?

No. The impression-forming gel is extremely flexible, allowing you to pull out your penis immediately without affecting your mold.
