Here is the deal: create the best penis-incorporated costume—it doesn’t have to include a Clone-A-Willy, but we’ll probably like it more if it did—and post a picture on Twitter, Tumblr, OR Instagram with the hash tags #cloneawilly and #peniscostume by midnight on November 2^nd.
